Jardim Botânico da Ajuda - Lisbon

"I don’t like standard beauty - there is no beauty without strangeness "
Karl Lagerfeld

This the Dragoeiro Tree (Dracaena draco) all the efforts are being made to recover it but it is a really old tree. The design of the support it has, it is really impressive, and the tree itself gets second place when you see it.

Schotia afra, it is one of the oldest trees in the garden and at its widest measures about 19 metres.

This Botanical Garden is already 243 years, it has some impressive old trees, which are also very rare or almost inexistente nowadays. It is quite a small garden, but very pretty. There is a restaurant, a cafe and a garden centre really cool.
